Again, straight from the raw processor. This was a propellor, lying near a path and next to the inlet, large, rusted, covered in graffiti and making for a wonderful hour of working out compositions.
I recently photographed a huge propeller here in Astoria, my image also has what appears to be a face in on left side that looks very similar to yours. Talk about weird and strange! Maybe over time old bronze propellers develop faces.

This is gorgeous!! I really love those shots that if you weren't told what you were looking at, you wouldn't know what it's a picture of.
I should learn to proof read - the face image is on the right side. Sorry!
The abstract effect looks fantastic.
