This was a large boulder inclusion in a sandstone formation on Hornby Island, about six feet across and overhead. Two high res images with the Olympus EM-1 Mark II
George, I like the feeling of roundness and the sense of 3 dimensions both the subtle tones and forms create in this image. I have a few questions, did you try this image in black and white? Assuming you did, what was it about the color image that made it your choice? I’ll admit I have a tendency to immediately think black and white when I see an image with a limited color range, and after seeing this I’m going to have to remember to look and try to see the image in color as well. Thanks for the continued inspiration.
