Alternate Reality - The Real Cabbage



The first image represesnts the 'straight' colour image of the frozen ornamental cabbage, the second a black and white conversion, and the previous post the 'colourized' version in which I manipulated the curve to have several peaks and valleys to generate the odd coloured result.

I leave it to you to decide which version (if any) you prefer.

These two versions don't really say a whole lot to me. However, I found myself staring quite a bit at the 'colorized' version. You can almost see as little or as much as you want in that one. Legitimate or not, that is the one that holds my interest, and it holds it a fair bit at that!

I agree with Howard, neither of these images does much for me. I still like the manipulated image. even if as Robert says the technique is crude - Jackson Pollocks pouring of paint on canvas was crude but is considered a milestone, besides being worth more than I'll ever be.
