Gripper and Bucket

A bit more complicated than my usual image. I don't suppose there is a direct connection between the two devices but they were standing together next to a giant lathe and I liked the shapes and so you see them together.

George, the image looks very synthetic to me. Perhaps a bit too much Akvis enhancer? The processing seems to call my attention rather than the image content. Watch me be wrong and you'll say it is "straght".....

The tripod object is a pipe threading vise and the "bucket" with the nozzle is used to squirt oil on the threading dies to lubricate the cut. The oil and metal chips then fall into the "bucket" and the oil filters back into the bottom to be re-used.

Your processing on this image seems to stand out more than usual. It looks like you used excessive dodging on the vise to get separation from the background, but I wonder if it would be more subtle to use background blurring instead? The concrete floor behind the vise seems too sharp to me. Just one man's opinion anyway.
